Having been maliciously denied access to all my government departments and officials, I submit my open letter to Howard County Executive Ken Ulman.

Dear Ken Ulman,

You sir, are a traitor to the American ideal, and I believe historians will lay the blame for the coming national Republican victory, as it should, squarely at your feet.

You've unashamedly used your government authority and personnel, (HCMHA, HCDSS), the federal government, (US Senator Benjamin Cardin, SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION), the medical profession,(Johns Hopkins Medicine, Howard County General Hospital, Sheppard Pratt), to punish me for exercising my constitutional right to free political speech, and you did it for the most scurrilous of reasons possible, because you were PAID to do so.

In spite of it all, Ken Ulman, considering your extensive education and training, as an attorney at law no less, you're actually a very stupid man, aren't you? Worse yet, I don't think you even know it.

You sir, I am convinced, will be blamed in history for the Democratic Partys coming major national election defeat.

I am forever the footnote in yours and the Democrats dark dirty legacy.

HE HAS DIRECTED HIS PERSONAL CHARLATANS AT HCDSS TO TERMINATE HIS ONLY BENEFIT WHICH COVERS HIS ONLY MEDICAL COVERAGE-MEDICARE. EVEN THOUGH, YOURS TRULY, IS FULLY QUALIFIED FOR THE BENEFIT AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS-HIS LAP DOGS AT HCDSS HAVE OBEDIENTLY COMPLIED!

THE KING HAS ORDERED ALL REQUEST FOR SERVICES FROM GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS DENIED AND REFUSED WITHOUT EXPLANATION-THE HOWARD COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RELATIONS HAS DONE EXACTLY THAT AND HAVE OBEDIENTLY COMPLIED!


DEMOCRAT KEN ULMAN HAS ORDERED ALL MEDICAL SERVICES, AS WELL AS MEDICINE THERAPIES FOR A DISABILITY BE, WITHOUT CAUSE AND REGARDLESS OF HEALTH CONSEQUENCES, TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. AND HIS LOYAL LAPDOGS AT SHEPPARD PRATT HAVE ALL OBEDIENTLY COMPLIED! AND THIS, MY FRIENDS, IS MEDICAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND LEGAL MALPRACTICE AT IT'S MOST BRAZEN,  IF IT IS ANYTHING. NOW WITH HCDSS DIRECTOR CHARLENE GALLION, AND FEDERAL SLMB BENEFITS COORDINATOR CAROL BUCKLEYS NEW 2010 CALL FOR THE DENIAL OF,  PRIVATE CITIZENS, FULLY  QUALIFIED FOR BENEFIT, AND APPARENTLY HAVING BEEN SEVERELY SCOLDED BY HOWARD COUNTYS KEN ULMAN, HAS ONCE AGAIN, LOYALLY AND OBEDIENTLY DENIED ALL ACCESS, ASSISTANCE AND CONTACT!
